Volunteers are needed throughout the year for various events that involve interaction with our students. In order to continue to provide the safest, securest environment for our students during their time on our campus, all volunteers onsite during school hours or at times that require interaction with students must have valid volunteer clearances. Note: While volunteer opportunities may be minimal at the start of our school year, please complete this process as soon as possible if you are interested in volunteering at any time!

How To Obtain Your Volunteer Clearance

Step 1. Log onto Harrisburg website: https://www.hbgdiocese.org Step 2. Choose “Youth Protection” Step 3. Choose “Certificates and Requirements” Step 4. Choose “Volunteers” Step 5: Choose “Adult School Volunteers” Step 6: Look at the requirements listed in red, hover over the hyperlink provided and log in to complete each one. Note: There is a fee involved with some of the requirements, and a certificate to print out when finished.

When all requirements are completed, please either send via email to [email protected] or bring a copy of the certificates of completion to the office. We will upload the documents to the Diocese to be processed for you to receive your volunteer badge.
