Warehouse Supervisor for first 8 years at ACS and instrumental in the installation of a new in-house WMS system.

The Supervisor roll included disciplinary process responsibility with close links to our human resources dept. Knowledge and experience in the TUPE redundancy process.

Very experienced in all aspect of warehouse H&S requirements. More recent managerial position was to plan and implement a new,

fast growing retail account including warehouse re-configuration. This is a large pick and pack store replenishment operation with a 2500 product SKU range and a 2 million piece stock holding. I have full responsibility for budgets and staffing levels for this account and direct customer contact. This is a very fulfilling role that I thoroughly enjoy. I have most recently helped launch a new online e-commerce operation for the same retailer.

November 2004 – March 2005 Hereford & Worcester Fire Brigade

This role was a fire a safety inspector in county council premises including schools, libraries and care homes etc.

The main function was to service and maintain fire extinguishers and carry out fire risk assessments. Relocation to Essex was the reason for leaving this position.
