The Trafficking Victims Assistance Program (TVAP)
● Assisted with the preparation of a successful $550,000, three-year
Department of Justice grant to TVAP, , devoted to building capacity in
the human trafficking services network in the D.C. area
● Providing evaluative services under an action research paradigm for
the duration of the three-year grant

Bringing back the Spirit: Enhancing practice-based evidence for
spirituality-integrated psychotherapies
● Obtained $83,000 grant through the Enhancing Practice-Based
Evidence for Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapies project, a multi-
team, international project led by Brigham Young University and
funded by the John Templeton Foundation..
● Trained community partners to carry out practice-based evidence
research
● Lead a practice-based study of spiritually-integrated psychotherapies
in three U.S.-based practice settings
● Conducting analyses of the differential use and effectiveness of
spiritually-integrated psychotherapies across various dimensions of
diversity
