Group Skin Care Experiences are simply small informal get-togethers with two or more guests. Incorporating Group Skin Care Experiences into your weekly or monthly calendar is a smart way to build your Kyäni business.

Group Skin Care Experiences can also be a method used to launch your Kyäni business.

Experiences

When starting your Kyäni business, schedule your first launch event within the first seven days and your second a week to 10 days later. After you launch your business set a goal to schedule one per week to maximize your results.

We have found Tuesdays through Thursdays often work best.

7:00 PM is a good time to start events, giving time to have dinner before the event, and still not keep them too late. Aim to end around 8:30 PM. Happy Hour Events work well too at your favorite local establishments that will provide a conducive atmosphere.

Your house, a friend’s house, your favorite restaurant, coffee shop, etc. Choose a place that is comfortable for both you and your guests where you can speak freely, it isn’t too noisy, and they can handle and test the products.

Be sure to always arrive 30 minutes early so you have 10 minutes to set up, time to help the host, and go over any last-minute details. Once the event is in over, be sure to swiftly pack up your belongings after you have reviewed the sales from the event.

Remember:

• The most effective marketing is always personal: emails and social media are used to support your personal invitation. Often a phone call works best followed by a handwritten invitation in the mail.

• Word of Mouth: Invite your guests to each bring a friend or two to expand your network. Offering a gift of a sample or a small token gift can be used as an incentive.

• Be sure to follow up with your potential guests 24 hours before the event as a gentle reminder and opportunity to thank your guest in advance.

• Greet & mingle and guests fill out Client Profile Form. 15-20 minutes• Gather everyone, welcome them to your event, and thank them for coming. Let them know how excited you are

that they are here, and share your Story. 5 minutes• 15 minute informal presentation should include:

• Fleuresse Just Push Play video • Kyäni company overview • product presentation • A little about the business model

• Hands on Experience with the product, either with full facials or mini hand facials. 20 minutes• Closing with call to action- 20 minutes

The most powerful moments are after the presentation. Once you have wrapped up the hands on experience, review the options they have:

• Purchase retail• Become a Prime Member and purchase the best deal on product sets• Learn more about the business

Prior to your guests leaving, gather contact information from everyone so you can follow up.

After The Event

• Immediately after your event - Enter orders after everyone has left.

• 24 Hours After- Follow up with those who did not attend. Invite them to your next Skin Care Experience or move to sampling or a One-on-One Appointment.

• 48 Hours After- Follow up with anyone who did not purchase or anyone who took samples home. Connect with anyone who you felt was curious about the opportunity to set up a One-on-One Appointment or Three-Way Call.

• 7-10 Days After- Follow up with every guest 2-3 days after they received their products. Begin your customer service process of excellence.
