a) AVP (Operations-Admissions & PR) : SCOTTISH HIGH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, GURGAON (November 2004 to May 2015)

Instrumental in creating the entire admission department, drafting policies and procedures since inception of the school in 2004. Teamed up with the senior management and owners of the school to plan and implement new strategies for getting admissions through impeccable PR and awareness drives.

As a team leader ensured that the team maintains high motivation levels and work towards building and maintaining the brand image of the institution. I have worked

Played active hands-on role in recruiting new team members and imparting training periodically.

An important function of the job was to ensure implementation of the school policies; adherence to the late fee policy with minimal waivers of penalty unless the case was absolutely genuine and merits compassion; ensure compliance of mandatory notice period in case of withdrawal so that school does not suffer loss on account of sudden exits.

As a part of the Operations team, responsible for the administration of the school transport in terms of working out transport fee, maintenance of forms, waiting list for the school bus etc.

Work also included making the department’s annual work almanac, policy making and revision from time to time.
