It appears that Sharon Pickard a P3 worker groomed her former partner Sandra Prince and moved in

on her when she was officially counselling Mrs Sandra Prince after the death of her former partner.

Sharon Pickard knew that she was vulnerable and bereaved after her death. After she moved in

Sharon Pickard systematically isolated Sandra from her family and friends and started to demand

expensive gifts and holidays. She had two paid for holidays a year and she contributed nothing in

return to help with the cost of living. Sharon Pickard did not pay any council tax whilst living at

Sandra Princes home and only gave a minimal payment each month to cover the cost of some food.

Over the years the relationship became more and more strained and Sharon continued to poor

abuse upon Sandra eventually turning to physical violence when Sandra asked her to leave. Sandra

was tired of Sharon and her laziness, she did nothing at all to help Sandra. Sandra was left to do all

the washing, ironing, cooking, shopping, cleaning and looking after the animals. When Sandra

became ill in 2012 Sharon started to spend more time away with her friends and at her mothers

Anne Pickard. She spent time with her friends at work. Sandra confided in her daughter Dana and

her son in law about how violent Sharon was and asked them along with other friends to help her

remove her from the house. She had asked Sharon to leave on several occasions but she would fly

into fits of rage and start to cry and scream threatening to kill herself on several occasions. Sandra

could not cope with her behaviour anymore. She went to the doctors with her daughter and

discussed her situation, she had a bad heart and the doctor told her that any stress could have dire

consequences on her health. She agreed with her family to leave moving Sharon out of the house

until after the heart operation. She asked her friend to move in with her to make her feel safer and

more secure in the meantime. It was not to be, she died after a stroke in the hospital and did not

regain consciousness.

Immediately after her death Sharon asked her daughter to see her will, she refused at this stage

wanting the funeral to be sorted and over. She asked a further 3 times running up to the funeral but

still her daughter waited. Sandra had told her daughter that all Sharon wanted was her money and

not to let her have it, this was proving to be true. When Sharon discovered she was not left the

house or the money she locked the doors and drew the curtains refused access to Sandra family.

She lied to the police stating her own mother was scared to give Sandra’s daughter access. There

had never been a cross word between them, the first of many lies to come. Anne Pickard was now

involved in her lies. Sandra daughter sought level advise on this and was told to give Sharon notice

to leave the premises unless she was given access. A week before the notice was up Sharon Pickard

with her P3 co-worker Cassie McGowen and members of her family fled the house in the middle of

night with the house contents, all of the jewellery and all of the furniture. She left two cats in the

dark and the cold. She told Sandra’s daughter she had sent the keys to her solicitor, another lie.

The police became involved and after a lengthy battle they admitted they did not act appropriately

and should have intervened. It was now going to be left for the solicitors. Sharon Pickard is

currently refused any offers of settlement, she is denying taking anything from the house, she has

lied to the police stating she wanted the remains of Sandra Prince, when she has actually told her

solicitor she does not want them. She had lied about taking care of Mrs Sandra Prince for 10 years

of their relationship stating she did everything for her. She has lied to friends, family, police

everybody. Just so we can be clear Sharon Pickard works for P3 with vulnerable people and is a

manipulative, violent and dangerous woman.
