STILL TO COME…..
Kris has been really busy taking her kids to many science challenges, including Siemens “We Can Change the World" Challenge and the USA Science and Engineering Festival She has been interviewing science professionals and will be uploading video footage of her experiences!
Arshunda has been busy working with her students in all areas of STEM! Their final project is to find a scientist/engineer who shares the student’s background, whether it is race, culture, background, etc. They are to use anything from PowerPoint to MovieMaker to present their findings, using pictures, drawings, etc to complement their projects, thus putting the “A” in STEM to make “STEAM”.
STILL TO COME…..More updates to the SAW Wiki:
More presentations on STEM Careers
More inter-school SKYPE Activities
Skype sessions with “real” professionals
