    WE ARE YOUR LISTING AGENT IN THE FOLLOWING CAPACITY:

    In consideration of this MLS Listing agreement, the Company agrees to:

    A. List the Property in the Realtors Multiple Listing Service.

    B. Authorize MLS to distribute sellers MLS listing to the local MLS boards affiliated sites incluavailable.

    C. Authorize the MLS Staff to take a photo of the property if requested.

    D. Review the merits of the offer.
