flaShingS

•Extensive range of materials including galvanised, HPS200 and XL200 steel as well as PVDF, mill finish and stucco embossed aluminium.

•Thicknesses range from 0.5mm – 3mm.

•Wide selection of colours in both steel and aluminium.

cuRveD/bull-noSe flaShingS

Nu-Style manufactures curved and bull-nose flashings complete with corners and junction pieces.

•Heavier gauge material of welded construction.

•Thinner gauges lock-formed using “snap punch” technology.

•Option of mill finish, pre-painted or polyester powder coated.

louvReS

Louvres can be manufactured in coloured material or mill finish. Mill finish louvres are of welded construction with fixed blades and then polyester powder coated to match any colour. Pre-coated louvres are made up of various sections that are pop riveted together. Other options include:

•Circular or triangular louvres.

•Louvred doors.

•Bird and/or insect intervention mesh.

•Manufactured in aluminium up to 12m long.

•Shaped/folded to suit customers exact requirements.

•Unique membrane butt-strap for site welding.

•Radius corners allows improved flow of water and ease of welding on site.

• Manufactured in steel or aluminium up to 6m long.

• Membrane lined insulated gutter.

•Insulation is LPCB compliant.

•Stop-ends and outlets pre-welded or supplied loose.

•Joggle joint allows ease of fitting on site.

Double-SiDeD Steel gutteR

• Manufactured in steel up to 6m long.

•Finishes include XL, HPS200 and smooth plastisol.

•Custom made stopends and outlets.

•Box, trimline and bespoke shapes available.

•Standard box or valley gutters plus a trimline gutter to complement roof sheeting.

• Aluminium pipes up to 6m long with the option of a swaged or welded collar.

• Square pipes in coloured material in 3m long sections with a neat joggled collar leaving a clean join.

SoakeRS/aPeRtuReS

•Manufactured in aluminium with a flat base or to match any roof profile.

•Welded and supplied with an upstand to suit the opening shape/dimension.

•Options:

- Insulation

- Polyester powder coating to match roof colour

- Ridge ventilators for ventilation to specific requirements.

RainScReen/Soffit & faScia PanelS

•Range of finishes including pre-coated steel, aluminium and polyester powder coated option.

•Interlocking panels available with feature shadow gap.

•Secret-fix option in either plank system or tray design.

•Fascias designed and manufactured to almost any shape, size or proportion including curved and elliptical designs.

bonDeD PanelS

Panels bonded onto an exterior plywood for strengthening straight lengths of flashing or for flat wall cladding. This process is carried out in-house and is available with a neat butt-strap detail or a top-hat section.

•Flat panel edges can be returned.

•Corner/junction pieces available.

•Various thicknesses available.

beSPoke fabRication

Nu-Style’s state-of-the-art machinery and skilled workforce manufacture bespoke items including:

•Column casings supplied in two sections with a neat U-shaped channel for the joins.

•Stainless steel and mild steel components e.g. racking.

•Brake-pressed sheeting for matching existing sheets up to 3m lengths in most trapezoidal or sinusoidal profiles.

PolyeSteR PowDeR coating

•Colour matching to any BS or RAL number on aluminium or steel.

•A wide range of standard powders.

•Maximum length: 6.8m.

•Maximum width: 2m.

•Finishes include: Gloss, satin, matt, metallics and leather effects – particularly useful when matching soakers and rainwater components to existing roof/wall.
