The Board of Trustees of the Sheet Metal Workers Pension Fund as the Plan Sponsor respectfully submits this application for approval of a proposed suspension of benefits pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 432(e)(9) and Section 305(e)(9) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
