PIRCOM – “Inter-Religious Program Against Malaria”, is a faith-based initiative created in 2006 and committed to improving the life of Mozambican population by mobilizing communities to strive for the elimination of malaria.
It was founded as the first multi-faith-based alliance dedicated to using social networks to mobilize and create a positive impact on communities in the fight against malaria through prevention and by disseminating and point out to treatment opportunities.
Partnership with MOH, and funded by USAID and local organizations, with tech support from ADRA, PSI and FHI.

1. Interpersonal Communication – Home visits for messages-actions delivery about prevention and malaria treatment opportunities by trained volunteers
