Controlling all the SDL scope (Schedules reviews, Progress Monitoring & Givingrecommendations to EPCm contractors & Sub-Contractors)Doing the construction assessment for first product (assessing the overallstructural requirements to produce the first product)Achieving the target dates required for production of the First Product.Coordination with the Royal Commission and Aramco to supply gas to theproject and ensure the progress of work is going in parallel (the pipeline and thefacilities necessary to monitor and control) to obtain the necessary gasproduction for operations, this process have been accomplished successfullypeerless.
