NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION

Pursuant to the provisions of a Resolution adopted on September 5, 2017 by the Board of Commissioners

of Fire Protection District No. 8 of Livingston Parish, Louisiana (the “Governing Authority”), acting as the

governing authority of Fire Protection District No. 8 of Livingston Parish, Louisiana (the “District”), NOTICE IS

HEREBY GIVEN that a special election will be held in the District on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2017, and
