Introduction In this project we are generating electrical power  as non-conventional method by simply walking or  running on the foot step. Non-Conventional energy system  is very essential  at  this  time to our  nation.

Non-Conventional  energy using foot step is converting mechanical energy into the electrical energy.

A simple mechanical gear system is used to generate mechanical motion from footstep, and further converting it to a charging point.

Problem StatementI. The dependency on Smart gadgets is increasing, inversely number of ports for charging are falling short.

&II. As we are all stuck into Gadgets, Walking Habits in our routine has decreased

A Rack and Pinion is a type of linear actuator that comprises a pair of gear which convert rotational motion into linear motion.

A circular gear called "the pinion" engages teeth on a linear gear bar called "the rack“.

Rotational motion applied to the pinion causes the rack to move relative to the pinion, thereby translating the rotational motion of the pinion into linear motion.

 A geared DC Motor has a gear assembly attached to the motor.

The speed of motor is counted in terms of rotations of the shaft per minute and is termed as RPM.

The gear assembly helps in increasing the torque and reducing the speed.

Bridge Rectifier Bridge Rectifiers are the circuits which convert alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC) using the diodes arranged in the bridge circuit configuration.

They usually comprise of four or more number of diodes which cause the output generated to be of the same polarity irrespective of the polarity at the input.

• A Voltage Regulator is a semiconductor device that converts an input DC voltage to a fixed output DC voltage.

78XX series of IC regulators is representative of three terminal devices that are available several fixed positive output voltages making them useful in a wide range of applications.

It has three terminals labeled as input, output, ground. The last two digits designate the output voltage. For example, IC 7805 is a +5v voltage regulator.

This is the system being externally attached to the your footwear.Basically, it is using foot’s vertical to-and-fro motion, to rotate Gear Motor attachment.The Gear restrain back with the help of a Spring. The output from the DC motor is fed to Convertor Circuit.

Convertor SystemThis system is been embedded

into PCB.

It consists of : Bridge Rectifier : It is converting the Alternating current to pulsating Direct Current. Electrolytic Capacitor It is used for Smoothening the pulsating DC to DC Ceramic Capacitor For the cancellation of noise. Voltage Regulator 7805 It is converting the output from above mechanism i.e. about 12V to constant 5V
