“Jesus Christ!”• a long time ago

there was this man kicking about

• and what he did and said have had a bigger affect on the development of the Western world than probably anyone else.

“Jesus Christ!”• there was something

about him that was different

• he believed in god

• and he believed god made us a bit like him and loved us (everyone)

• and he believed that we had been given a choice about how we act

• but that wasn’t why he was different

it was darker than that...• he said:

• when people hurt us or when we ‘worship’ things it really screws us up

• and we get ‘issues’

• and then it means we’re rubbish to other people

• and it keeps on going...

• we’re in a mess, and we’re helpless in it, we become totally selfish

it was darker than that...• so if somebody was to

start living right way round

• doing things backwards

• standing up for others not for yourself

• believing everyone was equal (really believing it -putting others first)

• then all these screwed up people, would hunt them down scuba diving

• somebody needs to break this cycle

• somebody needs to live totally this way to change things

• they need to show people there’s a better way

• even though they’ll always get a hard time off other people for living that way...

• he died

a better way?

could the sort of lifestyle that jesus suggested really work in today’s world?
