DESCRIPTION ABOUT SHOPPING IN MALAYSIA

A shop is a business that presents a selection of goods or services and offers to sell them to customers for money or other goods.

Shopping is an activity in which a customer browses the available goods or services presented by one or more retailers with the intent to purchase a suitable selection of them.

In some contexts it may be considered a leisure activity as well as an economic one.

SHOPPING PLACES AROUND MALAYSIA

There are over 50 big shopping malls in Malaysia; greater Kuala Lumpur already has well over 20 malls in total .

Tourism Malaysia always uses this to attract more tourists to the country; they have named it 'Mega Sale‘.

Some destinations within Malaysia you can shop without paying taxes on the products. These duty-free zones are Langkawi Island, Tioman Island and Labuan Island.

TYPE OF SHOPPING PLACES IN MALAYSIA

The type of shopping places; Shopping Mall/Complex, Night Market and Street Market in Malaysia.

Shopping Mall is one or more buildings forming a complex of shops representing merchandisers, with interconnecting walkways enabling visitors to walk from unit to unit.

Night market is operate at night until early morning and are generally dedicated to more leisurely strolling, shopping, and eating than more businesslike day markets.

Street Market is that the activities are done exclusively on the streets or other public places.
