It is one of three biggest shopping malls, which belongs to Darin Group, one of the largest

groups in the Northern Iraq region.

This project is vital for tourism sector in the autonomous region.

It has implemented an investment cost of 100 million dollars. Family Mall Duhok, which has 50.000 m² of rentable area, includes retail shops, cafes and restaurants, 8 cinema halls, entertainment center, entertainment center, bowling hall, ice-skating field in total 3 floors..

The project consists, 1000 cars capacity of the closed car park and 1000 cars capacity of the open car park Also, in the area of a shopping mall , there is an amusement park and also a water show area.

Rent services of the shopping mall are operated by worldwide famous company Jones Lang Lasella Turkey Office.

Ora Outlet Shopping Center

Ora Outlet Shopping Center, which is located in Bayrampaşa-Ferhatpaşa Çiftliği, has 70.000 m² of land area and 360.000 m² of construction area, and includes many different functions in Ora Istanbul Urban Entertainment Center.

The Project has 60.000 m² of rentable area. It has 235 different shops in different categories. Also, it has 9 cinema halls and 1 open air theatre.

Architectural Concept is made by Atelier d’Art Urbain Architects, project management is made by Bureau Veritas.

Since it is in an integrated project, Theme Park, Arena, Convention Center, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express, which integrated to Ora Outlet, makes this complex different than the other outlet centers.

Jones Lang LaSalle is responsible for management and rental services of the center, as well as joint public areas of Ora complex.( management of joint public areas, cleaning-security etc.)

Kayseri is one of the largest city in the region with its 1.5 million population. This shopping mall and living complex, which is built by a Başyazıcı Holding company Imtaş Construction, is loved by people in Kayseri in a short time period. By combining the needs of the business world and shopping mall , BYZ GARAGE, created a solution new standards of business and social life with meeting and congress halls, as well as swimming pool, SPA and sauna. BYZ GARAGE, which aims to present a living center beyond expectations,includes a 5 star hotel,too.

The project, which includes 15.000 m² of rentable area, has 54 shops, car park with 365 cars capacity, cinema, supermarket and entertainment area

Keruen Shopping Mall

The shopping mall is built in a central location on Nurhzol Boulevard and located between the National Library and Archive Museum, symbol of Astana City, and Kuzey Işıkları Residential Complex. It is a 5 floor shopping mall with 64.000 m2 of construction area. Keruen, includes car park with 775 cars capacity and 135 shops, which are mostly luxury European design shops Also it hosts first Premium class hypermarket in Kazakhstan.

Project, also has 7 cinema halls and accepted as the best in the region.


Capitol Shopping Mall

Shopping Mall, which is located in the Istanbul Üsküdar Altunizade region, is designed by leading architects of Turkey, Adnan Kazmazoğlu and Mutlu Çilingiroğlu.

It is the first shopping mall build in Anatolian Region of Istanbul. 350.000 people visit the Capitol every week.

The shopping mall has 6 floors and 65.000 m² of construction area. It includes 157 retail sale shops.

Also, it consists 3M Migros, 8 cinema halls, fast food restaurants, cafeterias, bowling hall and entertainment center..

Shopping Mall is renovated in 2005 and after these renovations, it is awarded as “The Best Shopping Mall in Europe” by International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in “Renovated Shopping Malls” branch.

The shopping mall is enlarged and now it has 145.000 m² closed area and 65.000 m² rentable area. Also the capacity of the car park is enlarged to 1100 vehicles.

The shopping mall has a panoramic food court which is admired visitors,includes 370 shops and 40 restaurants&cafes.
