PEANUT BUTTERPorridge

+ 2 scoops of oats+ handful of blueberries+ 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter+ 1 heaped tsp of TPW Cacao Nibs+ 1 scoop Choc Silk Whey Protein 360+ 1 cup milk+ dash of Zero Syrups

1. Simply make your porridge and add in the extras once warm!

2. Add any fruits or nuts you fancy!

BANOFFEE PIE Protein Pancakes

+ 2 scoops Banoffee Pie Whey Protein 360+ 1 large banana+ dash of milk+ 6 eggs+ Rawtella+ tbsp of Coconut Chips+ Zero Syrups (any flavour)+ Coconut Oil

With these pancakes, we have made it super simple so you can whip them up in minutes!

1. Place protein powder, eggs, milk and banana in a mixer and blend until smooth

2. Place 1 tsp of coconut oil in a pan and heat up.

3. Pour the pancake batter in smal circles into the pan, cook on either side for 30 seconds.

4. When serving, cover in Rawtella, drizzle over some Zero Syrups and sprinkle with coconut chips.

5. If you want something extra sweet, put a few of your favourite sweet treats on top too.

PEANUT BUTTER & Cacao Smoothie

+ 1 banana, frozen+ 1/2 avocado+ 30g handful of spinach+ 1 heaped tsp of TPW Cacao Nibs+ 1 heaped tsp of Peanut Butter+ tbsp of Oats+ half a cup of milk

1. Simply blend until thick and creamy

2. Add more or less milk depending on how you prefer it.

3. Top with your favourite fruit and nuts.

VEGAN CHOCOLATE Protein Iced Coffee

+ 1 scoop Soy Protein (Chocolate Silk)+ 300ml almond milk+ 1 handful ice cubes+ 2 shots coffee+ Choc Fudge Zero Syrups

1. Mix the protein powder and milk in a shaker.

2. Add ice.

3. Add 30ml boiling water to your coffee, mix then pour into shaker.

4. Add 2 tsp of Zero Syrups

5. Add ice to cool if needed.

SUPER GREEN Protein Smoothie

+ 4g (1 scoop) Wheatgrass Powder+ 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein 80+ Half Avocado+ 2 celery stalks+ Handfull of Ice Cubes+ 1 cup almond milk

1. Simply blend all ingredients until smooth, and enjoy!

PEAR & Ginger Oats

+ 45g of oats+ 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds+ 1 pear (peeled and grated)+ 1/4 tsp of ground ginger (or 1/2 tsp if you prefer a more intense spice)+ 1/2 tsp of Maple Zero Syrup+ 160ml of milk (I used coconut milk from a carton)

1. Peel and grate the pear into a bowl.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until completely combined.

3. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy chilled for breakfast.

4. Top with more pear and fresh fruit.

SUPERFOODNut Butter Cookies

+ 3 tablespoonss of Superfood nut butter from The Protein Works (about 100g )+ 1 teaspoon coconut oil (about 10g )+ 3 tablespoons coconut sugar (about 25g )+ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder+ 1 egg+ 1 tbsp ground almonds (about 15g )

1. Preheat your oven to 175 deg C.

2. Simply mix together all ingredients and stir with a whisk to a smooth dough

3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread with a tablespoon of the dough (makes about 8 cookies).

4. Bake for around 15 minutes

DARK CHOC & Walnut Protein Pancakes

+ 1 scoop of Protein Pancake Mix+ 150ml Oat Milk+ 20 grams Ground Almonds+ 2 tsp Cacao Powder+ Walnuts+ Dark chocolate Chips

1. Mix all ingredients until smooth, apart from the walnuts

2. Cook mixture and top with dark choc chips and walnuts!

IN EVERY JAR YOU WILL NEED:

+ 1 scoop of vanilla creme TPW whey 80+ 1 cup of blueberries+ 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt+ 2 tbsp of Protein works flaxseed+ 1/2 cup of water+ 3 ice cubes

+ 1 scoop of vanilla TPW whey 80 powder+ 2 cups of frozen mixed berries+ 1 tbsp of Protein works almonds+ 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt+ 1 cup of spinach+ 2 tbsp of TPW ground flaxseed

+ 1 scoop of strawberry or vanilla Protein works whey 80 powder+ 7-12 frozen strawberries+ 1 tbsp of Greek yogurt+ 2 tbsp of Protein works oats+ 1 1/4 cups of water

PROTEIN Coffee Loaf

+ Cooking oil spray+ 2 cups oat flour+ 2 scoops of Caramel Macchiato TPW Whey Protein 80+ 1 teaspoon baking powder+ 1 teaspoon baking soda+ 1/2 teaspoon salt+ 2 eggs+ 1 cup Vanilla Skyr Yoghurt (or 1 cup fat-free Greek yoghurt with 1 tspn vanilla extract)+ 1 cup unsweetened applesauce+ 2 tablespoons TPW Coconut Oil, melted+ 2 tablespoon water

1. Preheat oven to 180degC (fan). Coat a 26cm bread loaf tin with cooking spray.

2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oat flour, whey powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In a blender, combine the yogurt, eggs, applesauce, oil and water.

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly together.

5. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 30 minutes.

6. Let cool before cutting into 10 slices.
