The Shore South Section Extensive public consultation on a set of draft designs took place during April this year. The main aim of these proposals was to reduce trac along the Shore and promote a stronger Café Culture in the area. The feedback received from the consultation has been used to develop the nal design which is now being presented. The project is funded by: The Council’s Roads Maintenance Capital The Council’s Neighbourhood Environment Projects The Council’s Neighbourhood Revenue Heritage Lottery Fund Historic Scotland Works are due to start on site in October 2011 and should be complete by April 2012.
