What can I do with this?

I can download the 448 projects and 1417 contacts in CSV, Excel and PDF files for direct use by the sales or marketing department. Maybe I want to send out a Press Release or send out a E-Marketing message about my products or services. The majority of contacts have emails so that can be done straight away to all downloaded contacts. I could also download the CSV file in to my CRM so it can be actioned by the Sales Team (unlimited downloads):
