SHORT & LONG TERMTRAVEL INSURANCE

IntroductionWith the exception of headings, wherever words appear in bold in this Policy they will have the meanings shown in the Definitions on Page 4.

Each Insured Person is deemed a separate insurance for the purposes of the terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions and declaration.

This Policy, the Schedule and the Statement of Fact or Application Form together with any endorsements that apply, form the contract of insurance between You and Us.

This document sets out the full terms and conditions of the contract between You and Us. It should be kept in a safe place.

Please read Your insurance documents carefully to ensure that all details are correct. It is important that You check that the information You have given Us is accurate and complete - see Information given to Insurers. You must comply with Your duties under each section and under the insurance as a whole.

We agree to insure You according to the Table of Benefits shown in the Schedule for loss, damage, injury or illness sustained by or a claim made against You arising out of or in the course of a Covered Trip subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions contained in or endorsed on this Policy.
