Neighboring house is abandoned and totally dilapidated. Squatters from the freeway across the street are regularly encountered.

• Completely unprofessional stucco job. Water damage after just one year.
Soffit is rotting.
Roof has surface soft spots evidence of frame deterioration.
Ext. Electrical
• Unsightly electrical work all around the back of the house. There is an illegal connection to the service that dangerously supplies 4 mobile homes in the back yard. Half of the interior lights are not functioning.
Exterior wall damage shoddy repairs
• “Hand done” stucco repairs by a layman, already falling apart after only a year
Interior Walls, Floor
• Floor installation incorrect. Floor is buckling after one year.
Sheetrock texture is haphazard and unprofessional
Doors need repair
Interior Electric• All the ceiling lights in the living
room and bedrooms do not have power. Extensive repairs are required after shoddy remodeling.
Exposed Romex in closet presents hazard.
Interior Plumbing • Plumbing goes into the
foundation and is costly to repair. Plumbing is backed up permanently in the west bathroom. It needs to be completely redone to free drain. This standing water has collected for 2 weeks since snaking and chemicals were tried.
Stains and deposits from backed up water are ruining the sink and tub
