Short-Term Opportunity with Long-Term Impact 1-week A2MK children’s ministry team in Japan Interested in working with cool missionary kids in Japan? Asian Access, a mission agency dedicated to developing leaders and planting churches across Japan, holds an annual missionwide retreat in the beautiful, snowy mountains of Nagano in March and church planter’s conference in October. The purposes of these retreats are to equip and refresh missionaries who serve alongside Japanese congregations and help to plant new churches. Each conference, we have a need for a team of 610 people who share a passion to invest in the children in the mission so that they can shine Christ in this dark country. Ideally teams will be from one church in North America. In past years, children’s ministry teams have run a program much like a Vacation Bible School ministry. This is a unique opportunity for anyone who loves kids and would like the chance to serve (in English!) in Japan. You would also have some great interaction with missionaries from all over the country! The ministry dates are about 5 days in either March or October, but there is also the potential to participate in ministry elsewhere in Japan around the conference dates, if desired.
