But there is a better waythe capability of this organization is unrivalled. Can you believe it! Were at the end of an organizational restructuring but we havent has a voice in that process. And right now, we have an opportunity with the strategic staffing and the contract architecture exercises Yesterday we met with HR and they said We are listening. Theyre going to look at ST contracts over the next FY.
