Yes, niche and small focused companies it works well. Large organizations, it's difficult bcuz they approach it transactionally #RecHangout

It's much easier to teach recruiting than teaching digital marketing, i.e. Media Buys, PPC, SEO, Retargeting/Remarketing, etc. #rechangout

Kim, I tend to agree with you. Unfortunately Agencies still have a focus on time spent on the phone, number of CV's out, etc, which leaves little time (and desire) for Consultants to focus on building their own brand.
