There must be some calculation for certain disease condition and the cost of standard procedure for it. Why?1. Equal health care cost in any health care facilities would avoid accumulation of patient in certain hospital/clinic.However, medicine is art and science. The health care provided always depends on individual (patient). Even though government control the minimum health care cost, the health practitioner can also determine the cost for additional procedure that is not regulated by government yet. For example the doctor found a new method in the latest journal that is proven to be suitable with his/her patient condition, the doctor may use his/her own consideration for the cost (of course must be supported by reliable consideration).
