Chapter Financial Support Payments (CFSP)
Non-100% Chapters – payments two times per year$5.00 for each professional SHRM member primarily coded to the chapter
100% Chapters – payments are made quarterly$6.25 for each professional SHRM member primarily coded to the chapter
Net Gains –Calculated by subtracting the 12/31 national SHRM membership total for the last year from the 12/31 national SHRM membership total for the current year and multiplying the difference by $25.00
Example2018 Year End – 150 SHRM members2017 Year End – 100 SHRM membersA difference of 50 members x $25.00 = a net gains payment of $1,250

SHRM Recertification Support Payments to Chapters & State Councils
SHRM Chapters and State Councils in good standing will be eligible for enhanced financial support based on the number of SHRM members who recertify between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018.
▪ Chapters in good standing will receive $20 per each chapter member who is a SHRM member in good standing, primarily coded to the chapter, and recertifies for SHRM Certification during 2018
▪ State Councils will receive $10 per each SHRM member in good standing (in-chapter and at-large) in the state who recertifies for SHRM Certification during 2018
▪ Payment will be made to affiliates in good standing in early 2019 based on the number of recertified members meeting the above criteria as of December 31, 2018

SHRM Foundation Innovation Grants support SHRM state councils and chapters working to improve their communities and build inclusive organizations. In 2019, the SHRM Foundation will award five grants of up to $10,000 each for programs or services that have practical and measurable effects on SHRM Foundation's 2019 inclusion topic(s) in your local community. Awards may be granted to an existing program that is ready for expansion, or for new projects that will be implemented within six months of the award date.
