CSS is a project which is related retail domain, and is based on customer satisfaction survey. The objective of the team was to find out the key factors influencing the overall customer satisfaction using OLS Regression. Responsibilities for the Projects:

Performed a rigorous check in terms of data hygiene, basic exploratory on the data was performed to get better understanding of the data and the model that can be used on the data to solve the business problem

Validation checks performed to test the robustness of the model under taken in terms of various goodness

BIOTECH - PROJECT DETAILS

“Physio-Chemical Optimization for Enhanced Production of Alkaline Protease and Its Efficiency as Stain Removal Additive for Detergents”

Description:Microbial alkaline proteases are among the important hydrolytic enzyme and have been used extensively since the advent of enzymology. Bacterial extracellular alkaline proteases are of great importance due to its wide spectrum applications in detergent industries, bioremediation, food industries, and leather processing and bio-film degradation. From various niches eighteen isolates were screened for alkaline protease production, out of which four isolates showed efficient alkaline protease production. Optimization of various thermal and nutritional parameters was done for alkaline protease production and enzyme activity was assayed using tyrosine-casein method. Characterization of enzyme was done by HPLC and efficiency of alkaline protease was assessed as a stain removal agent on cotton fabric.
