Learn the FIVE now and walk the walk of our FIVE each day.  SENIORS If you completed the on-line application for Reedley College/Fresno City College; you will be receiving an email from SCCCD (State Center Community College District) with in structions that you will need to follow for completing the On-line orientation, DO NOT DELETE! The on-line orientation is open. PLEASE check your email daily. Email is the #1 form of communication that colleges use. Any questions or if you need help see Ms. Loving. CLASS SHIRTS Class shirts are availabl e for purchase while supplies last. You can purchase your shirt in the finance office for $13 and then bring your receipt to room 1005. Sizes and quantities are limited so get them while they are here. TEACHER OF Congratulations to Mr. Yang for being selected teacher of the week. Students says that he THE WEEK works hard to help his students succeed and always goes the extra mile! Don’t forget to go to the student office to vote for next week’s teacher of the week.   ALL STUDENTS Have you participated in an enrichment program during extended lunch? SHS & ALMS CHOIR  Attention all students! The choirs of Selma High and ALMS will be performing in a BIG jointWINTER CONCERT Winter concert on today at 7:00 PM at the First Christian Church in Selma! Come and hear

your friends perform songs of the holiday season in this awesome event! (Hot chocolate andgoodies will be on sale from the Choir Boosters!) COME EARLY AND GET A SEAT! The venue

WILL be packed!!!!! Hope to see you there! 

BREAKFASTw/SANTA Like pancakes? Like Santa Claus??? Then come to the “Breakfast with Santa!” event on  

Saturday, December 13th from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM to buy a pancake breakfast for only$5.00 and take pictures with Santa! There will be a raffle as well —Main prizes include an

 Apple IPad Mini, $200 Visa Gift Card, and a $100 Gas Card. Want to buy a raffle ticket?

They are $2.00 each and are available from choir students and Mr. Williams and Mr. Yangin the choir room. Come and hang out and have breakfast with everyone!

SHS/ALMS PIZZA The SHS and ALMS Choirs will be having a Pizza Night at Me-N-Ed’s on Wednesday,NIGHT @ ME-N-EDS  December 10th from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Get a flyer from the choir room and take the flyer

(and a group of friends!) to Me-N-Ed’s in Selma and have some pizza! 

 ALL STUDENTS Please use the crosswalk at all times. Especially before school and after school. WrightStreet is particularly busy with the usual congestion of cars and buses. The pedestriancrossing is there to keep us safe.

 ALL STUDENTS There will be Saturday school this Saturday, December 13th. If you have any questionsplease talk to Mr. Martinez or Mrs. Castaneda in the student office.

SWIMMERS  Attention Swimmers: Pre-season swim practices will be held Tuesdays & Thursdays rightafter school starting tomorrow. Please see Mrs. Manter if you have any questions.

 YEARBOOKS  Attention all students: If you have not yet purchased a yearbook, Friday, December 19, willthe LAST day to purchase a yearbook or make a deposit on a book before the cost of the

yearbook goes up by $5 in January. The cost of the book is $80 but the yearbook staff is

accepting deposits of $40 with the remainder to be paid off in May. Stop by room 2307during lunch or after school to make a payment. Don’t miss out! 

SENIORS Seniors, Have you ordered your cap & gown? If not, Jostens will be here on Wednesday,December 10th at lunch only to take final orders. This will be your last opportunity to ordersenior announcements as well. You don’t want to miss out on this opportunity.  Again, it’sWednesday, Dec. 10th at lunch! Please communicate with your parents!

HIA HIA members there is a MANDATORY meeting Tomorrow @ 12:10pm in room 409. We willdiscuss our Christmas Caroling activity and turn in money from the snack pack fundraiser.

MEXICAN FOLK Please join us for our traditional Mexican Folkloric Dance Christmas Program.DANCE PROGRAM Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at ALMS cafeteria. Doors will open at 5:00pm and Show

begins at 5:30pm. There will be traditional Mexican food for sale. Come support ourstudents as you enjoy a piece of Mexico through its magical music and dances.

FFF CLUB Come in during tutorial and lunch period room 705, and you may bring your lunch; we willmake tie died shirts. Be there and have fun!

CSF MEMBERS Current CSF Members: Please meet at 12:50 in the grassy area between the 1500 and

1300 buildings for the yearbook picture on Wednesday, December 10th.

KEY CLUB  Attention: All Key Club members, there will be a meeting on Wednesday, December 10th at

12:45pm - 1:15pm in room 1508.

 APEX CLUB  Attention: All APEX members, there will be a meeting on Tomorrow at 12:00pm to retake

the group picture.
