High Level Project Plan and Timeline

1. Certificate discovery for directed exchange with a known end-point address (e.g., Direct address)

2. Electronic Address discovery

Priority Must-have Must-haveUrgency Very High:

by mid-July for IFR Use Case & Analysis doable within ~6

to be completed by fall, in time for MU2 Final Rule

Very High: Real-world usefulness: Need to have

standard as soon as possible, but may not be feasible by July 15th

Not certain about inclusion into regulation at this point (MU2) or later (other rule-making, MU3, etc.)

Important not to rush a short-term solution that impedes a good long-term solution.
