The SH HYDRAULICA is proprietary of the highest technology in the development and manufacture of

Hydro Pneumatics Accumulators and counts with the skill and knowledge of very specialized

professionals with large experience in the sector.

The technology applied to this line of products rigorously reaches the requirements of major series of

Quality Standards, and showing excellent performance in hydraulic circuits and industrial installations.

Due the products high performance they have being on equipment part to the Sectors of Energy, Metal,

Industrial, Ceramics, Nourishing and Petroliferous.

The SH HYDRAULICA uses modern processes, equipment, machines and highly qualified staff where the

full involvement of our collaborators becomes a differential proportioning high competitiveness in costs

and delivery time. Adding to the full commitment with our customers objectives we transfer all the

benefits of efforts for the continuous improvement of our products, leaving to the satisfaction of our

customers.

Our product line is composed of:

This model works in conjunction with the hydraulic circuit where, each increase of pressure the

accumulator is filled, compressing the gas. The elastomeric Bladder works as separating element of the

connections of entrance of the gas and the oil. It can be installed in the vertical position (recommended),

horizontal or inclined, as optional a proprietary system of security for dismount is available.

Using an elastomeric membrane to separate the oil of the gas, works with variable pressure and its

installation can be threading or welded. We recommend the vertical installation when there is possibility

of accumulation of dirt, with the hydraulic fluid flowing down.

The piston has the function of the gas and the fluid separator, having its pressure variable and

descending. Its pressurization occurs with the action of the piston on the fluid compressing the gas. Our

sealant system is determined by the criteria of temperature, parameterized pressure, maintenance

period and its application. We recommend that its installation shall be made in the vertical position with

the gas on top, preventing accumulation of dirt in the hydraulic fluid over seal rings.

There are a great variety of Balloons and criteria for its confection, being the one of the basic elements

fluid separator that is confectioned in polymer (rubber). The Balloons are designs have in consideration

some item of use, as: volumetric capacity, peak for the gas, temperature, pressure, type of fluid and its

cycle of fatigue.

Our accumulators can use covering of nylon, inox steel, carbon steel carbon or nickel. The accumulator

application determined the covering material, assurance higher durability, security and efficiency.

Reaching the requirements of international standards for security and quality, our accessories are

supplied in the agreed delivery time offering maximum practice and security.
