TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1)Time period: EOTechs Rebate is valid only for retail sales of new eligible products purchased from EOTech Inc. by EOTech authorized dealers or distributors and sold to consumer purchasers by EOTech authorized dealers from August 16, 2010 through December 31, 2010.All applications must be received by January 15, 2011. Applications posted after that date will be rejected.

2)Subject to fullling all other terms of this offer, EOTech Inc. will send a check directly to the consumer purchaser in the amounts indicated on this form. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued. 3)Purchase confrmation: This application must be completed and mailed by the consumer purchaser. It must be returned to EOTech Sight-In Savings Rebate Offer, 1407 Airport Rd., Suite 3255, Monroe, NC 28110. In addition to the completed form, you must include a copy or the

original cash register receipt stating the consumer purchasers name, address, date of purchase, and eligible product(s) purchased, with such eligible product(s) circled on the bill-of-sale and stating that the item has been delivered to the consumer purchaser; your bill-of-sale mustalso indicate the name of the EOTech authorized dealer who sold the eligible product(s), and a copy of the EOTech serial number and barcode label located on the side of the product box which includes the UPC code of each eligible EOTech product you purchased. The application mustbe lled out completely or it will be rejected. All applications and accompanying documentation become the property of EOTech Inc. and cannot be returned.

4)Who qualifes: Offer is open to any bona de retail consumer purchaser who meets the terms of the offer. EOTech dealers and distributors, their employees and families, as well as the employees, agencies, representatives of EOTech, and its afliates and their families, are specicallyexcluded from this offer.

5)This rebate is offered exclusively by EOTech only for consumer purchasers of new eligible products above sold to a consumer purchaser and delivered in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Purchases made in or delivered to other countriesare ineligible. EOTech products sold by other EOTech subsidiaries or afliates throughout the world are not eligible for these rebates.

6)Each rebate check will be sent directly to the consumer purchaser within approximately eight weeks after EOTech Inc. has received and veried the application, copy of bill-of-sale, and a copy of the serial number and barcode label from the EOTech product box showing the UPC code.7)EOTechs Rebate cannot be combined with any other EOTech offer or discount. Available only at participating EOTech authorized dealers. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Offer is not transferrable. EOTech is not responsible for lost, invalid, illegible, incomplete, stolen or

misdirected submissions. No substitutions or rain checks.8)This offer may be amended or withdrawn without notice at the option of EOTech. Misuse of this application constitutes fraud.
