Significance of Feedback

Feedback is a stimulus that allows the audience to share their opinion regarding any objective. Moreover it is a process in which a system regulates itself by monitoring its own output.

Feedback can be understood by cause and effect relationship. But the notion of cause-and-effect has to be handled carefully when applied to feedback systems.

Feedback is crucial to the working and survival of all rigid mechanisms establish throughout living and non-living nature, and in man-made systems such as education system.

Feedback , A Motivational Tool:

Feedback is a two-way flow that is inherent to all interactions, whether human-to-human, human-to-machine, or machine-to-machine.

In an organizational perspective, feedback is the information sent to any person or group about its former behavior that will help them knowing their weakness and how to overcome it in future.

Feedback occurs while an environment reacts to an action. For instance, client feedback' is the buyers' reaction to a firm's goods and policies. Positive and negative response to a stimulus is considered a feedback only if it changes the recipient's behavior.
