SIM USA Daily Prayer Calendar
By PrayerMay–June 2018
Teachers can influence with an eternal impact. Throughout this edition of By Prayer we will pray for people in a variety of settings where leaders are teaching, training, equipping, mentoring and more. As you pray for these requests, reflect on leaders who have influenced you. Thank God for them, and thank them if you can. Emulate them. Pass on to others the things you learned from great teachers. Lift up the gifted trainers, educators and administrators who are passionately passing on what they have learned to others who will do the same. May we all have teachable hearts, continually learning from our heavenly teacher, by prayer.

Living away from their families has been an adjustment for them. For me the challenges are overshadowed by the many joys
– evenings of singing, laughter, and hearing how God is teaching them as they adjust to a bigger school. It is causing me to be more disciplined myself—a good thing! Ask the Lord to prosper our time together.

Then he met one of the SIM Indigenous Outreach Workers (IOW) we trained to be leaders. This man answered his many questions, and A put his trust in Jesus. He was eventually expelled from school, but believers helped him get his certificate. A is gifted in teaching about Jesus to those of the majority religion, especially leaders. Ask the Lord’s provision for his future schooling and work.
