OPERATING SYSTEM OVASOFTSIMCO system is supplied with OVASOFT software for the deflection measurement acquisition, running on WINDOWS environment.This software allows:• The real time visualization of
the section and the deflection % value of the duct• The graph edition illustrating
the deflection % value evolution according to the distance.
Combined with the reporting software CANASOFT, it allows:• The real time overlay of the
deflection % on the video• The automatic integration of
the deflection graph into the inspection report.
TECHNOLOGY SIMCO system measures continuously the pipe deflection to highlight the distortions and to deduce the quality of the compaction of the surrounding ground of network piping made in flexible material (PVC, PEHD…).Easily installed on the PIPE CRUISER system, it integrates the latest generations of IR sensors for a high accuracy measurement.
The deflection measurement is executed in backgroundoperation during the progression of the trolley withoutstopping the video inspection.
The SIMCO system is available in two versions:• SIMCO 150 for diameter
range from 150 à 350 mm• SIMCO 300 for diameter
range from 300 à 600 mm
