All our boilers come with an industry leading Giannoni heat exchanger as standard, which ensures your Sime boiler will continue to function efficiently and reliably for many years.

Pro

Easy to installMurelle Pro and Advanced come with an all brass hydraulic unit for reliability and robustness.

Configured with DIN standard connections enabling easier and quicker installation, particularly on boiler replacements. Also comes with a 3 piece case to make servicing easier and quicker with all parts accessible from the front.

A service interval timer is fitted as standard to Pro and Advanced models, assisting Landlords to comply with Gas regulation 36, which requires that they have their domestic heating boilers serviced annually.

When set, the service interval timer can also benefit the homeowner to indicate that their boiler requires an annual service, necessary to maintain the boiler warranty cover.

Clear error codes for easy troubleshootingHopefully, you will have many years of trouble free service from your Sime boiler but in the event of a problem, the boiler will display a fault code indicating what is wrong. By reporting this fault code to your Installer or our service department, the problem could be fixed over the phone ensuring your boiler is up and running with the minimum disruption. If an engineer does need to attend, reporting the fault code to our service department ensures when we despatch one of our service agents, the correct part is available to ensure a first time fix.
