Jeff Simonis isn’t just a builder, he is an artist, athlete and collector. An exceptionally gifted photographer, he was also a USA Racquetball champion in 2016, for the second time, and is seriously passionate about his vintage BMW motorcycles, as well as the true beauty of the area.

Jeff’s parade entry is a striking and simplistic waterfront remodel in the heart of Old Mission Peninsula. In the midst of our early morning on-site interview, his homeowner leisurely strolled outside to share a hug, beaming up at him with an inviting smile. In Jeff’s eyes, these blossoming friendships are what makes his job interesting and rewarding.
