Thus this safety Confirmation Voicemail Hotline service is provided for the public.- How to use 1991 Safety Confirmation Voicemail Hotline with family and friends.Via telephone ( including local calls, mobile phones, and public payphones ) direct dial “1991”, then follow the instruction or the voice entering the“contact phone” and start recording voice message. Friends and relatives can dial “1991” and enter “ contact phone” and will be able to hear your recorded voicemail.
