1. Plan and Design. You benefit from a dedicated client services project manager who acts as your constant point of contact. This project manager kicks things off by bringing together your team, Simplicity VoIP’s sales rep and our own installation technician, and an internal provisioning team. This team is put in place to answer questions, outline priorities and confirm accuracy of the data in your workbook. Prior to this call with the assistance of your sales rep, you will supply information to complete a comprehensive welcome packet, to ensure we have the right information to customize your cloud-based business communications system. Both the customer workbook and the welcome call are integral components to our success, delivering a seamless deployment to your location.

2. On-site Preparation. Our in-house network engineers visit your location to perform a comprehensive site survey to confirm programming, bandwidth, network, and wiring infrastructure specifications. From there, we continue to provide in-depth project management, so you can feel at ease as you prepare to transition to the cloud.

3. Installation and Follow up.
