We are a leading company in Mumbai ( INDIA ) and we specialize in giving accurate

3D Measurement Technology using FARO 3D Hardware.

Since 1996, we have been in the eld of Land Surveys. We have experience of

various Industrial, Residential and Infrastructural projects.

Our aim is : To provide Quality Services with ef ciency and effectiveness, to

upkeep professionalism and to ensure information integrity.We have a

vast experience of seventeen years , and with that experience we enjoy

in giving up solutions to complex issues and challenges the

client face in the surveying eld.

Over the years, we have evolved from initially a survey relying on conventional

techniques to now a company that uses automated techniques with the

acquiring of total stations, computers and electronic accessories.

These operations minimize human handling errors, thus ensuring data integrity

·Recently, M/s. Pentacles have placed Order for Total Station Survey of

Proposed Bridge from Mulund-Goregaon Link Road (Sonapur Junction) To

NITT. Total length of road is approx. 14 Km.

In November 2013, we have undertaken complete and thorough survey at Goregaon

Motilal Nagar – I, II & III of MHADA property – one of the thickly populated area

in Mumbai. Work consists of internal & external Survey of all hutments running into

4000, preparation & submission of drawings.We have deployed 4 to 7

machines & teams (4 persons in each team) daily. Work completed in a record

time of 10 days as per their requirement on emergency basis.

·During the year 2011 – 12 Total Station Survey plan showing all existing details of

plot CTS No. 371 to 393 of Slum Area Janata Market at Bhandup in Mumbai was

carried out. Area surveyed approx. 8920 Sq.M; No. of hutments about 350 nos.

·For M/s. Surana Constructions, for their number of projects, survey works

carried out by us; few projects are given below :

1 New Barkatali Nagar, Gautam Nagar, Wadala (E), Mumbai area 11,750

Sq.M; No. of hutments approx. 630.

2 Ganesh Nagar, Wadala (E),Mumbai during 2011. Internal & external survey carried on 2550 Sq.M and having 155 nos. of hutments.

3 Shiv Shankar Nagar, Salt Pan Road, Wadala (E), having 1791 nos. of hutments and area approx. 34280 Sq.M. in July 2008.

In Chembur (W), Mumbai at Vatsalatai Nagar slum area having 280 tenants

4 and Pramanik Society 151 tenants and the total area surveyed was 2200 Sq.M approx.

5 In Mumbai at Chembur Swastik Park Survey carried out during June, 2012

for 265 nos. of hutments having area of 4100 Sq.M.

For M/s. Perfect Associates, Mumbai during June 2012 we have carried out Total

Station and Internal Survey accurately which helped them to develop the area of

approx 17290 Sq.Mt. There were 561 hutments.

Detailed topographic survey in the Domestic Airport Complex, Santacruz for

Detailed topographic survey of 2 kms road for proposed yover at Centaur Junction,

Santacruz and 4 km Road survey From Kalanagar Junction to Bandra Terminus and

Kherwadi junction to internal roads, Bandra for STB-Technogem Consultants.

Detailed topographic survey of 1 km at Andheri yover junction for STB Consultants

Detailed topographic survey of 2 kms road for proposed ROB and Tunnel at

Uran junction on Mumbai- Panvel Highway for ICT.
