SECURITIES SETTLEMENT ANALYST/3 MONTHS CONTRACT
Our Client is one of the world's leading financial services group provides its clients with investment
banking, private banking and asset management service worldwide. They have an immediate hiring
need for Wealth Securities Settlement Analyst (3 months contract subject to renewal).
Main Duties:-
Process securities transactions which includes matching of trade confirmation and settlements for
the trades
Liaise with front office, dealers, custodians and counterparties to process the securities
settlement
Investigate and follow-up on outstanding trade confirmations and failed trades
Resolve issues and address queries from Front office, Dealing, Counterparties and Custodians,
and
To assist in the development of test data and participate in testing of new system releases
where applicable
Requirements:-
Experience in private bank operations.
Possess market knowledge in Securities settlement.
A high quality degree level education, and a first class general academic track record
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good time management, prioritising tasks and able to meet deadlines
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, self-motivated and a good team-player
