Born October 16, 1977 in Bridgeport Connecticut.

Inspiration John has always had a deep love for music. Stevie Ray Vaughan is John’s inspiration

for pursuing the guitar and “the blues”.

Berklee College of Music

John moved to Boston at the age of 18 to attend Berklee College of Music.

Natural musical talents Dropped out a year later and moved to

Atlanta, Georgia.

Lofi Masters Formed a two man band called “Lofi

Masters”. Played at small cafes and bars.

Lofi Masters cont… Lofi Masters split six months later due to

musical differences. Producer, Glenn Matullo found John Mayer

while playing in a bar in Atlanta.
