1250 °C Split Tube Furnace is a Microprocessor-based self-

tuning PID control provides excellent control without

overshooting and +/- 1 o C accuracy. It is an excellent furnace

for annealing, diffusing and sintering sample in various

atmospheres. Thermo-couple, Power cord and quartz tube

and stainless steel sealing flange with gauge/valve are

included for immediate use.

1250 °C SPLIT TUBE WITH OD MULLITE TUBE AND SEALING FLANGES

o1250 C Split Tube Furnace is a installed with mullite

processing tube and a pair of smart stainless steel vacuum

sealing flange and valve / gauge which allow to heat sample

under vacuum or flowing gas condition up 1250°C. This

furnace is made up of Double layer steel casing with air cooling

to keep furnace surface temperature lower than 60°C.

SINGLE ZONE TUBE FURNACE

The Single Zone Tube Furnace features 30 segments programmable digital temperature controller

with PID, auto-tune and over-temperature protection. Single zone tube furnace is a standalone unit for

the processing of small samples up to 1850°C.

o1500 C Compact Muffle furnace Units feature double-

walled, rust-free, textured stainless steel exteriors which

ensure low external temperatures and high stability. The

heating elements are encased in quartz glass tubes making

them reliable partners for a variety of applications. The

furnaces have T max 1500 °C, working temperature of 1400

°C. It is the ideal muffle furnace for material research labs and

dental labs to prepare small size sample using temperatures

oup to 1500 C.

1500 °C COMPACT TUBE FURNACE

o1500 C Compact Muffle furnace is ideal for many laboratory

applications. The heating elements are encased in quartz

glass tubes making them reliable partners for a variety of

applications. The furnaces have T max 1500 °C, working

temperature of 1400 °C. They have an exhaust air outlet in the

rear wall of the furnace and a silent solid-state power control

relay. This air circulation system increases heat transfer from

heating elements to the charge and temperature uniformity

inside the chamber.

1500°C Compact Tube Furnace with Complete Accessories is

a CE certified compact high temperature tube furnace using Mullite

processing tube and SiC heating elements as heating elements. It

can be heated and cooled much faster than Alumina tube furnace.

The temperature of tubing furnace is controlled by high precision

SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy

+/-1°C and 30 segments programmable up to 1500°C.

1500°C Split Tube Furnace with Vacuum is a CE certified

furnace with SiC heating element. Two stainless steel flanges with

vacuum gauge and valves included. The controller also includes

RS232 communications. The furnaces that use this control also

utilize a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay. Two

fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation

from inside tube. Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the

furnace chamber before heating.

is a CE certified bench-top furnace applying 1700 grade MoSi2

heating elements. PID automatic control via current limiting

phase angle fired the resistor with 51 steps programmable. It

oprovides excellent control without overshooting and +/- 1 C

accuracy. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing and

sintering sample in various atmospheres. It is widely used for

removes contaminants and moisture. Door safety switch provides

operator protection by cutting power to heating elements when

door is opened. It features a digital programmable control and is

available with a single stored program of eight segments. All

furnaces utilize a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay.
