environment and proper desired quality of teaching-learning process.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

The society & the institute believe in open door policy & participative

managements. Hence students, staff & parents have open access to the authorities.

This helps in solving the problems before they are magnified, which results in

almost nil grievances.

 Placement Facilities

The Sinhgad technical Education Society (STES) has hand-picked eminent personalities from the

field of education & industry as members of the management committee who are committed to

provide necessary guidance on academic & professional fronts from time to time to serve the interest

of the student community as well as the corporate industrial sectors. STES maintains a closed liaison

with the industry & other leading organizations. STES has established a centralized placement cell at

Pune & regional placement office at Mumbai headed by Director of Training & Placement.

Additionally there are separate placement cells in each of institutes/colleges. There are experts from

different fields contributing their valuable experiences to build the institution as a place of learning &

discipline.

Centralized placement cell for all the institutes of STES is already in operation for last 12 years &

almost 100% placement is effected to the earlier batches. In this institution, we have a separate

Training & Placement Officer namely Prof. S. R. Badami, who is B.E. (Mech) and M. Tech (Prod)

from IIT Bombay. He has a vast industrial experience. He looks after placements of our students in

coordination with Prof. J. N. Pitambare, Dean (Training & Placement) of STES.
