Uno dei fondamenti di ogni democrazia è il principio di uguaglianza tra uomo e donna; laddove non è stato ancora pienamente attuato,diventa un obiettivo da raggiungere. Il Seminario pone le basi di una cooperazione bilaterale Italia e Libia sull’ attuazione di unsistema legislativo, amministrativo e giudiziario che riconosca alle donne, e concretamente applichi, pari diritti in ogni ambito socialee morale.
One of the foundations of any democracy is the principle of equality between men and women; where it has not been fully implemented, itbecomes a goal to be pursued. The Seminar lays the basis of bilateral cooperation between Italy and Libya with regard to theimplementation of a legislative, administrative and judicial system that recognizes the equal rights of women and ensures their actualapplication in any social and moral field.
