INTRODUCTION
The brief specified by the client, requires us as
Arcitectural Technologists to perform an appraisal
on three sites located within Preston City Centre.
Once the initial inspection of sites has been
completed, we had to select one for our proposal.

THIS MAP SHOWS THE PENDLE HALLS SITE AS IT WAS IN 1890
THE SITE WAS FULLY DEVELOPED IN THIS PERIOD HAVING NUMEROUS TERRACED HOUSES WITH THREE ROADS PASSING THROUGH THE SITE.
