12 Site Context 2.1 The parcels of land proposed for consolidation via rezoning is located at the northwest corner of West Broadway and Alma Street in the prestigious Point Grey neighbourhood. The underutilized prime Vancouver location is currently occupied by a single storey mall with surface parking.
