Keeping GreenSustainability, especially environmental sustainability, is the key to our products. The steel used to manufacture our site fur-nishings is produced in the United States using the basic oxygen furnace process. Recycled content, especially post-consumer recycled content, is an important feature of many green products. Our products are made of up to 90% recycled material. Our recycled plastic consists of high-density polyethylene material (HDPE), also made from post-consumer recycled plastic. The mate-rial is graffiti and ultraviolet (UV) resistant and is ideal for outdoor use.

Thomas Steele products are undercoated with our trademark e-Steele™ process which uses state-of-the-art e-coating with an epoxy resin water-based paint and zinc phosphate for a process that produces a high durability coating. This process is widely used for industrial applications, mainly in the automotive industry, due to its excellent corrosion protection properties. Environmental awareness is another reason we e-coat. The e-coating process is environmentally friendly because it produces no HAPs (hazardous air pollutants), ultra-low VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and is OSHA and EPA compliant.

Our table surfaces are a polyester, acrylic-modified, cast-polymer solid surface, These surfaces have undergone rigorous tests for structural integrity and resistance to an array of chemicals and temperature changes. Solid surface tabletops offer easy maintenance, superior resistance to dam-age and outstanding aesthetics.

Wood Ipe:Pronounced “ee-pay,” this olive-brown wood from South America weathers to a beautiful silver grey. Three times harder than oak, ipe is the perfect choice for outdoors, where it resists weather, heavy use and vandalism.

The e-Steele DifferenceAt Thomas Steele, we undercoat our site furnishings using state-of-the-art e-coating with an epoxy resin water-based paint and zinc phosphate for a process that pro-duces a highly durable coating. When coupled with our electrostatically applied polyester top coat, e-Steele™ will withstand a highly corrosive environment for the ultimate levels of protection and performance. This is why Thomas Steele can offer an unsurpassed industry-leading five-year warranty.

Environmental awareness is another reason to e-coat. The e-Steele™ process is environmentally friendly because it produces no HAPs (hazardous air pollutants), ultra-low VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and is OSHA and EPA compliant as well. E-coat systems recycle, too! Virtually all unused paint is recovered and put back into the system.

South Shore Umbrella features a standard 1 1/2” aluminum mast, patented inde-pendent bracket system, Reinforced aluminum struts, and stainless steel compo-nents. Unlike many other manufacturers, our umbrellas do not use wire frames - making our models both stronger and more economical over the life of the umbrella. Should an arm or rib need to be replaced, there is no need to replace the whole umbrella. In addition, frames are powder coated in your choice of avail-able finishes, to complement other design choices. South Shore Umbrella skins are constructed with Sunbrella® fabrics for durability and ease of care.

TERMS AND CONDITIONSAll orders must be in writing and are subject to acceptance by Graber Manufacturing, Inc. Waunakee, Wisconsin. No verbal orders will be accepted. All prices are FOB Graber Manufacturing’s factory and are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipments will be made at prices prevailing at the time of the shipment.

Net is due 30 days from date of invoice when buyer is a tax-supported government entity or a company with approved credit. Buyers without approved credit must submit full payment with order. Service charge is 1-1/2% per month on all invoices after 30 days. Graber Manufacturing also honors American Express, Master Card and VISA when placing an order. Credit or Debit cards cannot be used for payment of invoices previously granted 30 day terms. Graber Manufacturing reserves the right to change terms if neces-sary.

Graber Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or change the design and specification of units, and to ship the revised product without notice when such changes have been made. LIMITED WARRANTIESThomas Steele division of Graber Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its products against defects in our material or workmanship for a period of five years from the date of invoice. Components that are wood or cosmetic in nature are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice. Splitting, checking, and warping of wood are natural occurrences of wood and are not covered by this warranty. Components that are recycled plastic are warranted against rotting, splitting or cracking for a period of twenty years from the date of invoice. Thomas Steele war-rants the steel framework it manufactures for benches, tables, planters, and trash receptacles against structural failure for a period of twenty years from the date of invoice. Superficial wear or damage such as scratches, nicks or dents caused by normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. These warranties do not cover any defects or failure due to vandal-ism, negligence, abuse, accidents, lack of maintenance or improper installation. Unless previously approved, in writing by Graber Manufacturing, Inc. , this warranty does not cover any defects or failure due to products tampered with or altered, modified or repaired by anyone. This warranty does not cover items manufactured by other companies, such as umbrellas.
