Energy Usage Data System (EUDS)
Created in partnership with Calico Energy, which provides trusted energy data solutions for utilities and commercial building owners
This tool retrieves aggregate energy usage data for multi-tenant commercial, residential (4 or more), and industrial buildings
A portfolio of buildings may be entered:• Beneficial for large commercial real
estate or residential management companies

ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM) 6
ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager is an online tool created by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) for measuring and tracking of energy and water consumption• Compare your building’s consumption to similar buildings in the U.S.
Any type of building can be benchmarked, but some buildings can generate a 1- 100 ENERGY STAR score• Buildings with a score above 75 are eligible for an ENERGY STAR
certification

Requesting Access (must be building owner or property manager):• Request through your Account Manager if you are a managed account• Fill out the enrollment form and send to [email protected]

Add a New Building:• To create a new building, click on the Add New Building icon ( )on the
Dashboard or click Building Summary link• Fill out required information

- Choose starting date and ending date (minimum of 30 days between end date and day of request)
- Choose recurring or not - Request for monthly, quarterly,
