This cooperative learning activity is called Roundtable.
The students will be instructed on how to get in groups of four. Give each person a pen and paper . Each person will write down the word and definition. Next the student will write down one example or exercise that illustrates that word. After they give an example the student passes the paper around the table. An extra paper is put in the middle. If someone finishes first , they trade with the middle.

Agility
The ability of the body or body parts to change direction quickly.
Examples: Shuttle Run,rope jumping, obstacle course, tag games, basketball, soccer, hockey...
Static Balance
The ability to keep the body in a desired position while not moving.
Example: Standing on one foot. Not moving on the balance beam. Making a pyramid with three people.
Dynamic Balance
Dynamic balance- The ability to keep the body in a desired position while moving.
Example: Walking on the balance beam, surfing, skate boarding, or skiing.
Coordination
The ability to use several body parts together to produce complex movements.
Example: Juggling, hitting a ball, kicking a ball, riding a bike.
Speed
The ability to cover a distance or perform a movement in a short period of time.
Example: Relay race, running bases, speed dribbling in soccer, fast break in basketball.
PowerThe ability to do many of the strength areas at a quick rate of speed.
Example: Pushing or pulling an object, lifting,kicking, swinging, or jumping.

•Pass the paper to the person on your right.
•When you receive a paper add an example to it.
•If you finish before the person take the paper in the middle and continue writing and passing until you receive your paper back.
